border-box;">去年年底，蔡甸街道人大代表在区人大七届二次会议上领衔提出建设姚家林“气象第一村”的建议。今年，气象村项目被区政府列为2023-2024蔡甸区新建和储备策划重点项目。该项目将以通城大道为延伸，集中布局分片发展，形成“两轴、一心、一带、多片区”的空间结构。结合气象产业布局，计划以气象装备生产为突破口实现气象产业进村庄。以科普研学为核心，做强一三产互动项目，植入气象科普、休闲度假、研学体验等新兴业态。</span></p><p
