border-box;">2月7日，赵女士到蔡甸市民之家不动产登记窗口咨询办理不动产权证书事宜，可房屋购入年份较早，赵女士手中办证所需材料严重缺失，且部分资料并未携带。窗口工作人员了解情况后，立即给赵女士开通“绿色通道”，针对非关键材料实行“容缺受理”，并协调联合房产部门调取开发商所留存的房屋资料。办理过程中，了解到赵女士婚姻证明未携带，工作人员带领赵女士前往婚姻登记处调取婚姻档案，从咨询到领取不动产权证，仅仅用了半小时。部门联动、容缺受理等政务服务便民举措，用“数据跑”代替“群众跑”。</p><p border-box;">“之前，办事群众来办理不动产登记时，经常会遇到因为资料不全导致‘来回跑、多次跑’的情况。”蔡甸市民之家不动产登记窗口负责人介绍，为妥善解决群众缺件难办事的问题，对房屋所有权登记、国有建设用地使用权、抵押权等不动产登记业务涉及户口本、结婚证等非关键性申请材料实行“容缺受理”，并利用蔡甸市民之家部门联动、信息互联互通的优势，实现“一次办好”。</p><p
