powered-by="xiumi.us">据了解，汉阳一中教工安居小区成立于2000年，共有8栋宿舍楼，其中有4栋是步梯低层，另4栋是12楼高的电梯高层。小区落成后，一直实行自治自管，并在2017年成立了业主委员会，选出4名退休住户为管理工作人员。住户们按电梯7角一平、步梯5角一平缴纳管理费。而正是这个管理费，成了业委会最头疼的事，每每收费都是“千难万阻”，也导致这么多年来用水问题得不到解决。</p></section></section><section
