用大人医保账户支付孩子的医疗费，市民为“医保家庭共济”点赞

1px;">32岁的张女士是一名在职职工，近期因支气管感染，在金银湖街社区卫生服务中心北院区接受治疗。因门诊可报销医疗费累计金额已超过700元起付线标准，她当天医保统筹基金支付103.9元，个人支付了51.92元。“单次就报销了一百多元，减轻了不少负担！”张女士由衷感叹，“我经常看病输液，自己医保卡的钱不够用，以后还可以和家人医保共济，统筹政策真是及时雨。” 1px;">3月3日，罗女士带2岁女儿彤彤到社区就诊，开药花费6.37元，基本医保统筹基金支付2.87元，需要自费3.5元。根据统筹政策，将孩子与家长医保绑定，差额可以从家长的医保账户中直接扣除，不用再用现金支付。对此，罗女士介绍，孩子经常生病打针吃药，花费很大，孩子自己的医保根本不够用，用大人的医保账户支付孩子的医疗费，医保家庭共济非常人性化。</span></section><section 1px;">为方便慢性病患者开药，金银湖街社区卫生服务中心还把要求开设便民门诊、针对病情稳定的患者，如仅需续方取药，可免挂号费和诊查费在此接受相关药事服务。袁女士患二型糖尿病，过去每个月都要到医院开药，得知医院开设了便民门诊，立即竖起大拇指，称赞不已：“真好！可以最多开三个月的药，不用每个月都往医院跑。这样分流有秩序，加快了就诊速度，减少等候时间，对我们患者来说很方便、快捷！”</span></section><section 1px;">金银湖街社区卫生服务中心相关负责人介绍，自我市职工医保门诊统筹新政实施以来，医院积极开展相关政策宣传，在南、北院区的电子显示屏滚动播放统筹政策，制作宣传折页300份，口袋书100本、易拉宝展板8个。重点科室、门诊收费室人员，全科门诊的医生、护士，住院部的医护人员、行政值班人员均熟悉和了解统筹政策，向患者做好介绍工作。同时，医院将工作落到实处，优化便民门诊服务流程，让前来就诊的患者享受更加方便快捷的医疗服务。</span></section><section
