border-box;">余利华，是跃进社区的一名党员，也是社区红缨志愿服务队的队长，社区“红色巾帼”妇女小组组长、机关小区业委会主任、机关小区党支部副书记。她用无私奉献、勇于担当的豪爽作风，用积极向上的生活态度，开展志愿服务十余年。</p></section></section></section><section style="box-sizing: border-box;" border-box;">机关小区的居民以老年人为主，2017年开始，由于缺少管理，小区环境变得脏乱，小区安全也存在隐患，居民们怨声载道。2018年，居民推荐余利华当选小区业主委员会主任，她“走马上任”，第一件事便是给小区安装好门禁，保障小区居民安全。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br
