border-box; text-align: justify;">农力村现有村民1353人，党员47人。2022年，村里的共同缔造服务驿站成立，下设10个自然湾分站，其中王家岭分站正是区级共同缔造样板点点位。服务驿站采取“党建+网格服务”“党建+公共服务”“党建+志愿服务”“党建+议事服务”模式，试点推进美好环境与幸福生活共同缔造活动。</p><p style="box-sizing: justify;">“群众参与商讨解决村湾建设，这便是共谋。”杨志伟介绍说，“大家商讨出方案后，区委组织部等共建单位，及时协调解决了村里600米道路刷黑、苗木更换、通渠修路的经费和修建问题，这便是共建。不仅如此，区委组织部还从打造基层党建创新实践阵地、搭建村级治理平台等8个方面帮助制定‘共同缔造’实施方案，先后投入36万元资金用于党建引领乡村治理及共同缔造示范点打造。”</p><p justify;">如今，在回乡能人的带动下，农力村发展势头越来越好，汉赛跑跑花园等农旅项目逐渐成型，开发了卡丁车、萌宠、露营、烧烤等各类娱乐项目，带动村民就业和乡村经济发展。农力村不仅有50多名村民每天在项目上务工挣钱，村集体也以入股的形式参与其中。“村里预计每年有20多万元的分红，以后将逐年递增。”杨志伟信心满满地说。</p><p style="box-sizing: justify;">农力村所在的玉贤街道，正着力打造国家级特色小镇——中国园艺小镇。农力村也乘着东风，大力发展苗木产业。武汉九州万林苗木专业合作社在农力村流转了百余亩土地，种植香樟、罗汉松、桂花树等数十种苗木。像这样的合作社在农力村有10余家，村民们既能获得土地流转收益，又能在合作社拿工资。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br
