border-box;">今年34岁的姚喜是华中科技大学船舶与海洋工程学院硕士研究生，大学毕业后，长期从事海洋航行器等专业设备的研发，多次参与国家“863”等重点科研工程项目。2018年，他听了父亲的一句话：是金子，在农村也能发光，婉拒全球500强企业工作邀请，回到家乡姚家林村接手父亲经营20年的小铸造工厂。在这个小小的铸造工厂，父子两人25年合力托起一群残疾人及当地村民的就业梦。</p></section><section
