border-box;">4月20日，市民田先生来到蔡甸区政务服务中心补办身份证，正在办理业务时，田先生接到母亲的来电，说户口簿太旧，登记内容已模糊不清，让他顺便更换新的户口簿。田先生为难地告诉母亲：“以前换户口本都是在消泗乡派出所办理的，今天我在蔡甸城关办业务，去一趟就需要2个小时，应该办不了。”</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">工作人员听到田先生的对话后，立刻解释道：“不用往返跑，现场就能办。蔡甸区户籍业务已实现全区通办，通过综窗受理系统提交资料，全程一窗受理、后台流转、邮寄到家，您无需多跑一趟。”田先生非常高兴，现场提交相关资料，并留下邮寄地址，在三个工作日内就收到了新证件。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br/></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">“基层办理事项，按照正常办理程序，一般是由村（社区）受理、乡镇（街道）初审，县级办结。办事群众要逐级提交办理材料，对于远离城区的群众来说，在路上花费的时间远高于办理业务时间，十分不便。”蔡甸区政务服务中心负责人介绍道。</p><p
