蔡甸区纪委监委：“三步走”推动营商环境持续优化

powered-by="xiumi.us"><p>蔡甸区纪委监委围绕服务经济发展大局，在监督保障营商环境上积极开展新探索新尝试，通过下沉走访调研、专项监督行动和选优树好典型“三步走”持续优化营商环境，从严格监督执纪问责的角度压紧压实行业部门主体责任，为蔡甸打造现代化国际化产业园区提供坚强纪律保障。</p><p><br/></p><p>蔡甸区纪委监委联合发改、人社、财政、商务、科经等职能部门成立优化营商环境调研组，分成2支走访小队深入企业进行走访，在进行惠企政策宣传的同时广泛收集企业反映的问题和诉求。“我们要求走访小队真正地‘沉下去’，到企业办公场所走一走，到接待室坐一坐，与工作人员谈一谈，不能只坐在办公室‘线上办公’‘指上办公’。”调研组负责人说。短短一周时间，调研组共走访企业42家，发放调查问卷300余份,收集各类意见建议16条。</p></section><section powered-by="xiumi.us"><p>与此同时，蔡甸区纪委监委督促相关业务部门建立培育企业群，为企业提供一个稳定、直达的问题反馈渠道，并对企业在群内反馈的有关日常生产中的困难及问题点对点督办，推动主体责任、监督责任、监管责任同向发力，打通优化营商环境的堵点淤点难点，让企业真正感受到意见有人听、问题有人管、利益有人护。目前已通过企业群收集问题及诉求3条，均已督办完成。</p><p><br/></p><p>在前期调研走访基础上，蔡甸区纪委监委聚焦“亲不逾矩、清不疏远”的新型政商关系开展专项监督行动，重新梳理优化亲清政商关系交往“三张清单”，充分发挥“组+地”的监督力量，建立与惠企纾困工作体系、政策体系、落实体系相匹配的监督机制，推动主管部门强化监管，深入治理隐形中介垄断、操纵服务价格、提供虚假意见等问题，确保促进营商环境的各项政策落地落实。</p></section><section 蔡甸区纪委监委派出第一纪检监察组督促区工商联持续深化清廉民企建设，选优树好清廉民企典型，设立“民企大讲堂”，邀请清廉民企示范单位和培育企业进行交流座谈，让辖区内其他企业看得到、学的到、做得到。同时，蔡甸区还通过举办“清亲政商”座谈会，征集企业对营商环境的意见建议，及时发现企业可能存在的腐败作风问题隐患，切实做到第一时间受理处置，形成常态化震慑。</p><p><br/></p><p>“下一步，我们将继续把优化营商环境作为推进全面从严治党、构建晴朗政治生态的监督重点之一，为打造市场化法治化国际化一流营商环境贡献纪检力量。”蔡甸区纪委监委相关负责人表示。</p><p><br/></p><section
