powered-by="xiumi.us">新民村（南水北调中线工程外迁移民黄土坡移民安置点）距离蔡甸城区5公里，现有居民73户297人，是一个以发展生态农业为主的村庄。通过发展“四大特色农业板块”，新民村打造了特色高效农业及果蔬采摘有机种植基地。2014年该村被授予“湖北省宜居村庄”“武汉市卫生村”和“武汉市生态村”称号。<br/></p><br/><section normal;">2012年，新民村选准了菜篮子项目，率先带动10户移民贷款自建钢架大棚78亩。在区农业局的培训指导下，当年种植出番茄10亩、黄瓜20亩、四季豆10亩、苦瓜15亩、长豆角15亩、辣椒8亩，长势良好，产量可观。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p><p style="white-space: normal;">“从种植蔬菜转为种植葡萄，虽然在种植途中遇到过不少酸甜苦辣，好在最后终于成功了。村里紧接着又通过各种渠道引来不少自驾游，仅用三周的时间，将所有的葡萄采摘一空，第一年纯收入3万余元。”龚万梅说道。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p></section><section style="text-align: normal;">因为龚万梅葡萄采摘的成功，增强了新民村打造“农旅特色村”的信心。为此，村“两委”积极找资金，为扩大种植想方法、找出路。在省、市、区移民局的帮助下，该村成立了果蔬专业合作社，并打造以无公害江城薯尖为主的蔬菜产业，以无公害美国提子为主的葡萄产业，以无公害新品种桃子产业，以无公害牛奶草莓为主的草莓种植产业的<strong>“四大特色农业板块”</strong>，<strong>果蔬面积达299亩，村集体收入达40万元</strong>，村民们都尝到了勤劳致富的甜头，打开了新民村发展特色农业及果蔬采摘的新局面。</p><p
