white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">刚到蔡甸区税务局，我被安排到了税务大厅的办事窗口工作，为前来办理税务事宜的群众服务。在这个岗位上，每天都要接触到很多形形色色的人，处理群众的许多各不相同的问题，这些情况都对窗口服务人员的应变能力和服务水平提出了很高要求。</p><p style="padding: 7px 0px; color: rgb(45, 45, 45); white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">有一次，一位公司的负责人前来处理注销公司的事宜，但由于缺少部分必要的发票，按规定他会接受处罚。这位负责人则表示自己从来没有拿到过这部分必要的发票。后经查明，这部分必要发票是两三年前，这位负责人在操作完自助服务机后漏取了。办税大厅中被遗留的发票都会被集中放置到税务局的档案库中，为了避免这位负责人遭受不必要的处罚，我来到库房，在数不清的遗留发票中寻找这几张两三年前的发票。后来在一位同事的协助下，我们从中午一直找到下午快下班，终于找到了这位负责人遗失的发票。虽然十分劳累，但看到那位公司负责人如释重负的表情和连声感谢，我心中充满了成就感。</p><p><span style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">还有一天，有一位婆婆在办税大厅说什么也不愿意接受大厅里志愿者的服务。原来，这位婆婆之前办理税务时曾遭遇诈骗，所以她心有余悸，害怕着便服的志愿者也是骗子。而当我走上前去服务，婆婆立刻放下了戒备，说：“看到你们穿制服的工作人员，我才能放心办事。”身上的税务制服从此在我心中的分量更重了，时刻提醒着我作为一名税务人的责任感。</p><p style="padding: 7px 0px; color: rgb(45, 45, 45); white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">在大厅工作的日子里，我严格要求自己，时刻想着如何能为办事群众提供更好的服务。日常工作中，我发现了很多老年人因为不会或者记不住自己用手机操作办理社保业务作流程，所以总是来到办税大厅寻求帮助。于是我总结了老年人在办理社保业务时常见的问题，制作了详细的手机操作教程并印成了小册子，放在大厅里供办事群众取用。这个小册子一时间成了“畅销书”，每上一批很快就被拿完。而很多老人也从此不再需要经常跑到大厅来，对着小册子在家也能完成操作。</p><p style="padding: 7px 0px;
