style="white-space: normal;" powered-by="xiumi.us">熊怡从事临床护理专业20余年。从2012年区人民医院成立血透室开始，当时作为血透室护理队伍牵头人的她，带着最初的三名护士、六台机器接诊了第一批20多位病人，20余年来，她一直守在透析患者生命第一线。</p><section powered-by="xiumi.us"><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p><p style="white-space: normal;">预冲管路、穿刺、连接穿刺针和透析管路、患者开始正式治疗.......每天早上7点半，医院的透析中心就会接诊第一批病人。熊怡告诉记者：“我们每天7点就开始做准备工作，7点半病人陆续进入透析治疗区，经过4个小时，11点半左右，病人陆续下机。”</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p><p style="white-space: normal;">透析护士都没有睡午觉的习惯，因为<strong>每天午饭过后正是透析护士最忙碌的时刻</strong>。熊怡说：“中午我们就要对下午的工作做准备，比如机器消毒、床单被套更换等。下午12点40分开始接诊下一班病人，由于时间紧，我们中午都不休息。”</p></section><p style="white-space: normal;" normal;">在协和江北医院血液净化中心，记者看到每张病床上都躺着患者，护士们的工作紧张而有序。据介绍，来这里做血透的多为尿毒症、肾功能衰竭患者，透析治疗过程中每一个小小的差错都会造成不可挽回的后果。</p></section><p style="white-space: normal;" powered-by="xiumi.us"><br/></p><p powered-by="xiumi.us">“透析患者的体外循环管路里，有400多毫升的血液，以平均230ml/min的速度不停地运转四个小时，稍有不慎，就会使患者丢失珍贵的血液，甚至导致更严重的后果。所以<strong>我们要一丝不苟地对待每一项操作</strong>，认真细致地观察病情变化，密切监测生命体征，并且及时处理各种透析应急情况，确保病人透析效果和透析安全。”熊怡说道。<br/></p><p normal;">“杨爹爹，人还舒服吧？要不要吃点啥？”熊怡在大厅里来回巡走，看到病人会热情地打招呼。“血透患者大多都是‘老熟人’，有的一星期治疗三次，一次治疗需要4个小时。”熊怡说，“我们服务的群体与病房里的也有很大区别。患者在血透室的日子不是一天两天、一个月两个月，时间长了，血透护士与许多家属和患者的关系在无形中变为一种亲情和信任。”</p><p style="white-space:
