normal;">五一假期里，走进蔡甸区玉贤街道松林村的<strong>景秀大地田园综合体核心区</strong>，总共2000亩的生态园里瓜果缤纷，一座座大棚排列整齐，放眼远眺，蓝天白云下，宛如银色的大海。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p><p style="white-space: normal;">“园区里的第一季瓜果已经开始陆续成熟，还有秋冬季的水果也正在正常生长。”园区负责人说道。整个瓜果生态园按照不同大类分为了十几个专业园区，几乎囊括了四季果品，种类非常丰富。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p><p style="white-space: normal;">大棚里的葡萄青藤弯弯扭扭地顺着木架攀爬，还有一般在秋冬季入市的柑橘、橙子等果品同样长势喜人。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p><p style="white-space: normal;">在当季果品方面，草莓园、圣女果园、甜瓜园、樱桃园、李子园、桃子园、桑葚园等十几个专业园区里的瓜果挂满枝头，看上去五颜六色，闻起来果香清新，吸引不少市民来到果园里采摘品尝。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p><p style="white-space: normal;">工作人员介绍，景秀大地田园综合体应用的是集<strong>“现代农业+休闲旅游+田园社区+果蔬研发”</strong>为一体的乡村新型综合发展模式。充分利用闲置的土地资源，补齐短板，盘活资源，全方位提高村民收入。近年来，这座在全市有代表性的田园综合体迎来提档升级，面积发展到5475亩，跻身武汉十大市级都市田园综合体。</p></section></section></section><section normal;">“近年来，田园综合体正在加快进行高质量创建，在盘活抛荒土地、解决当地村民就近就业方面成效明显。”武汉市农业农村部门相关人士介绍，以景秀大地田园综合体为例，整个生态园区立足蔬菜、小水果种植和畜禽、水产养殖，带动蔬菜、水果加工，逐步发展成为果蔬采摘、休闲观光、农业科普科研于一体的现代化生态综合体。</p><p style="white-space: normal;">据了解，在2022年，整个生态园产出的蔬菜、水果、畜禽等农产品400多万斤，其中，果蔬采摘100万斤，游客20万人次，年产值3000余万元。截至目前，周边7个村湾<strong>120家</strong>农户成为综合体“新农人”，<strong>近500人</strong>就业，户均收入<strong>3万元到5万元</strong>。</p><p
