武汉首个！这里集中供冷供暖

2.1176em;">在这个产业园大厅里一块整面墙大小的电子屏幕上，时时显示着园区用电量、空调运行情况、光伏板发电量以及储能电池日充电量。除此之外，碳减排量等数据也在闪烁变换。园区负责人肖屹介绍，产业园已通过北京绿色交易所碳中和认证，低碳智慧场景下产生的剩余碳配额将参与交易所交易。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1176em;"><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2.1176em;">行走在中法武汉生态示范城街头，长江日报记者发现这里的道路与汉口历史文化风貌区颇为相似，每条道路的平均间隔仅200米，单向支路把街区分割成不同的小地块，形成内循环系统。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1176em;"><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2.1176em;">“以22米宽的支路为例，行车道宽度仅为7米，但设置了2米宽的绿化带、2.5米宽的非机动车道以及3米宽的人行道。”中法武汉生态示范城管委会副主任马王涛介绍，这借鉴了法国巴黎绿色出行慢生活理念，鼓励市民利用非机动车出行。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1176em;"><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2.1176em;">马王涛说，全市首座独立建设的大型区域分布式能源站即将投入使用，中法武汉生态示范城将成为全市首个实现集中供暖供冷的区域。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1176em;"><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2.1176em;">“入户管道是穿越中法武汉生态示范城的地下综合管廊，里面还有供电、供水、排水、通信等管线，大大节省重复建设的成本和城市空间资源。城市上空不再有‘蜘蛛网’。”马王涛说。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1176em;"><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2.1176em;">数据显示，中法武汉生态示范城绿色建筑比例为100%。建设区绿化覆盖率达45%，蓝绿空间比例达60%，人均公共绿地面积达16.8平方米。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1176em;"><br/></p><p style="text-indent:
