normal;">2018年，该企业就启动了项目建设工程竣工联合验收（规划、质量、消防、人防、绿化、档案）及备案申报事项，由于该企业因种种原因未能及时整改和完善申报条件，导致联合验收及备案手续无法办理。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p><p style="white-space: normal;">近期，该企业生产经营出现困难，厂房急于投入生产，需尽快完善相关竣工验收及备案手续，再次提交联合验收申请。按照现行文件规定，联合验收工作已于2023年采用省级新系统收件，而该项目的项目代码为非国标代码，无法登录新系统，且无法发起联合验收流程。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p><p style="white-space:
