中法生态城首个住宅项目荣获国家级广厦奖

solid;"><p>金地格林格林项目位于中法生态城，项目由<strong>12栋</strong>高层住宅组成，占地约<strong>6.7万平方米</strong>，整体容积率<strong>3.7</strong>，绿地率<strong>37%</strong>，总建筑面积约<strong>33万平方米</strong>。</p><p><br/></p><p>该项目于2022年9月30日通过省房协专家评审并上报至北京中国房协；2023年2月，国家“广厦奖”专家组莅临金地中核格林格林项目进行第十一届“广厦奖”评选项目现场评审和专家实地考察，对项目园区环境、老人儿童活动设施、地下车库、配电室、水泵房、屋顶、小区监控室、垃圾处理设施、物业服务等各个方面进行了现场查勘，了解了项目规划设计、社区文化建设、新材料的应用、新科技与工艺的掌握、社区环保的落实情况，国家“广厦奖”专家组评选按照《住宅性能评定技术标准》对项目的适用性能、环境性能、经济性能、安全性能、耐久性能等五个方面进行性能指标评价打分，并给予了高度评价，项目顺利通过终审，于2023年5月15日正式荣获该重量级奖项。</p></section></section><p
