normal;">据了解，新修订的《湖北省道路交通事故社会救助基金管理实施办法》将于<strong>7月1日正式实施</strong>。与原办法相比，在救助对象范围、垫付限额、抢救费用时限等7个方面进行调整。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p><p style="white-space: normal;">针对抢救费用、丧葬费用超过交强险责任限额，肇事机动车未参加交强险，机动车肇事逃逸等三种符合救助基金垫付条件的情形，当事人可直接拨打救助基金管理机构热线电话<strong>027-59761003</strong>进行垫付申请。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p><p style="white-space: normal;">陈欣妮说：“新的办法是不管有没有买保险，只要是交通事故当中的受害者都可以申请救助。老的办法是72小时的抢救费用垫付，新的办法是7天，延长了时限，特殊情况下超过7天，由医疗机构说明情况也可以进行垫付；此外，新的办法里面取消了4万元的限额，不再设限。”</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p><section
