color: rgb(45, 45, 45); white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">石首市总工会原党组书记、常务副主席夏翎翔在外省违规接受宴请、带彩娱乐问题。2023年3月，石首市体育总会（石首市文旅局二级单位）副主任袁某某为感谢夏翎翔在担任该市文旅局党组书记、局长期间对自己的提拔和关照，提出在湖南宴请夏翎翔以规避监督检查，夏翎翔同意。3月25日，夏翎翔在湖南省岳阳市华容县某山庄接受袁某某安排的宴请，并在餐前带彩娱乐。夏翎翔还存在其他违纪违法问题。2023年7月，夏翎翔受到开除党籍、政务撤职处分，相关人员均受到相应处理。 <p style="padding: 7px 0px; color: rgb(45, 45, 45); white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">武汉市东西湖区新沟镇街卫生院院长童强违规公款吃喝问题。2023年1月13日，童强在参加东西湖区卫生健康局违规吃喝问题专项整治动员部署会后，晚上在该区某酒店违规组织新沟镇街卫生院9名中层以上干部聚餐，并邀请曾在该院工作过的其他卫生院院长、副院长共6人参加，席间饮用酒水，并安排本院会计垫付聚餐费用拟于事后用公款报销。2023年6月，童强受到党内警告处分，相关人员均受到相应处理。 <p style="padding: 7px 0px; color: rgb(45, 45, 45); white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">省纪委监委指出，上述5起案例，有的违规接受私营企业主、案件当事人安排的宴请，有的在外省或企业内部食堂等隐蔽场所违规吃喝，有的提供可能影响公正执行公务的宴请，还有的违规公款吃喝，这些行为违反了《中国共产党纪律处分条例》第九十二条“接受、提供可能影响公正执行公务的宴请”、第一百零三条“违规组织、参加用公款支付的宴请”、第一百零六条“违反公务接待管理规定超标准、超范围接待”等条款，应予严肃处理。全省广大党员干部要以案为鉴，严守纪法红线，坚决抵制违规吃喝。 <p style="padding: 7px 0px;
