normal;">会议听取和审议了区人民政府关于2023年上半年国民经济和社会发展计划及政府预算投资项目计划执行情况的报告。今年以来，全区上下坚持稳字当头、稳中求进，以“四大比拼”为牵引，全面实施高质量发展“十大工程”，推动各项发展任务较好落实。地区生产总值完成207.09亿元，增长6.5%。全社会固定资产投资完成244.12亿元、增长17.5%。工业投资完成58.97亿元，规模以上工业增加值完成57.92亿元。</p></section><p normal;">会议听取和审议了区人民政府关于2023年上半年预算执行情况的报告。今年以来，蔡甸区财政工作坚持“稳字当头、稳中求进”总方针，精心组织财政收入，加大财政资金统筹，保持适当支出强度，集中财力保“三保”、稳经济，促发展，整体发展平稳有序。1—6月，蔡甸区地方一般公共预算收入完成19.8亿元。蔡甸区一般公共预算支出34.82亿元，政府性基金收入完成10.81亿元。</p></section><p
