255);">二是建立动态监测调配机制，医疗资源“应调配尽调配”。</span></strong>通过城市大脑数据驾驶舱，实时监测医疗机构门急诊就诊量、就诊等候时间等数据，科学设置预警指标，如负荷过载，实时启动应急调整机制。医疗机构内部要深挖人力资源潜力，将病房、已转岗有资质的行政人员动员支援呼吸道门诊；充分利用城市医联体、县域医共体牵头医院力量，支援基层医疗机构。</section><section
