box-sizing: border-box;">目前，蔡甸区油菜处于越冬期，秋延后蔬菜处于采收尾期，春栽蔬菜处于育苗期，大棚草莓处于采收期。此次冷空气降温剧烈，伴有雨雪冰冻及大风等高影响天气，对我区油菜、露地蔬菜等作物、设施蔬果、养殖产品以及农业设施等均会有不同程度的不利影响。大风易造成种养殖设施损坏；气温低于-4℃易造成设施喜温蔬菜遭受冻害导致死苗，草莓冻花冻果造成减产，气温偏低易造成蔬菜幼苗生长缓慢、出苗不齐，对露地蔬菜可能造成冻害。为此建议：</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;
