0px;">国务院安委会办公室1月26日印发通知，在全国部署开展消防安全集中除患攻坚大整治行动，要求认真贯彻落实习近平总书记重要指示精神，按照国务院全国安全生产电视电话会议部署，坚决彻底整治重点场所突出风险隐患，坚决防范和遏制群死群伤火灾事故发生。此次行动从即日起开始，至3月底结束，分动员部署、除患攻坚、验收评估三个阶段。</p><p style="outline: 0px;">此次行动针对“九小场所”、多业态混合生产经营场所、人员密集场所等三类场所，集中整治违法违规施工作业和生产经营、安全疏散条件不足、违规设置防盗网和广告牌等问题。其中，“九小场所”包括小型学校幼儿园、小型医疗机构、小商店、小餐饮、小旅店、小歌舞娱乐、小网吧、小美容洗浴、小生产加工企业等场所；多业态混合生产经营场所包括集餐饮、住宿、娱乐、商业、仓储、文化、体育、培训等多业态多功能于一体的经营场所，分租、转租形成生产、储存多种功能的劳动密集型企业等场所；人员密集场所包括宾馆饭店、公共娱乐场所、大型商业综合体、医院、寄宿制中小学、养老院、儿童福利院、旅游场所等场所。</p><p 0px;">通知要求，要采取大排查、大整治、大曝光、大演练、大约谈、大督导六项措施集中开展行动。大排查方面，发动三类场所自查自改消防安全突出风险隐患，组织开展行业领域消防安全大排查，组织发动公安派出所、消防工作站所、综合执法队等基层力量开展排查。大整治方面，对排查发现得到突出风险隐患，能整改的依法督促全部整改，难以整改的明确整改责任及方案、细化整改措施和时限，逾期不改或拒不整改的依法从严、从重、从快处理。大曝光方面，向社会公布典型隐患、突出问题和严重违法行为，通过媒体曝光隐患问题特别突出、违法行为特别严重的单位，发动公众举报火灾隐患和消防违法行为。大演练方面，聚焦三类场所，突出经营场所业主、员工、宿舍管理员等“七类重点人群”及微型消防站、乡镇政府专职消防队、企业专职消防队“三支处置队伍”，组织消防安全大演练活动。大约谈方面，向重点行业领域相关部门单位发出工作提示函，约谈火灾多发区域、问题突出的行业，挂牌督办重大火灾隐患，召开现场会督促隐患整改难度大、火灾风险高的单位整改落实。大督导方面，相关部门联合成立督导组开展明查暗访，各行业部门成立督导组、执法小分队开展督导检查，国务院安委办适时开展督导检查。</p><p
