17px;">张玉才4岁时，不慎被高压线击伤，双臂截肢。失去双臂的他偏偏爱上游泳，并展现出惊人的游泳天赋。2002年3月，他第一次参加全国残疾人游泳锦标赛，首战夺冠。此后的20年里，他累计参加各级残疾人游泳系列赛事50余次，共获金牌14枚、银牌20枚、铜牌5枚。2023年，张玉才作为蔡甸区唯一一位重度残疾人参赛选手，征战湖北省第十一届残疾人运动会一人斩获比赛5枚银牌，创造了个人参加国内残运史上，一次性银牌数量新高。他在赛场是精神柱石，在生活上也是不屈强者，以亲身经历鼓励多名残疾人重拾信心。曾被区委宣传部等4部门授予“保尔式青年”称号。</span></p></section></section></section></section><section 17px;">中法城同济社区一楼栋架空层有间10平方米大小的“便民维修部”，维修部内各种工具一应俱全。在这里，各类小家电经他的手而“重获生机”。朱正湘从事过电工，当过工厂维修车间主任，他的一生与设备维修紧紧联系在一起,即使身患癌症也未改变。“当电工，同事一喊，我们就去修；当志愿者，邻居一喊，我就上门。”朱正湘认为，在单位维修设备是本职；在社区维修设备是邻里的认可，是一份温馨。<span 17px;">邵光飞曾是一名冬泳爱好者。2012年,他组织成立武汉长江救援志愿队蔡甸支队（蔡甸区泳协）。每年的6月至8月，下午5点半至晚上8点，蔡甸支队12支值守队伍，约100名值守队员在汉江沿线上岗，劝阻市民下水游泳，发生溺水情况时，立即实施水上救援，尽最大努力防止溺水悲剧发生。汉江边值守以来，他带领救援队已成功救起溺水群众十余人。曾获武汉长江救援志愿队“先进志愿者”“武汉市文明市民”“蔡甸好人”和武汉市公安局水上分局“先进个人”等荣誉称号。</span></p></section></section></section></section><section 17px;">1989年，肖华丽嫁给了大自己两岁的丈夫李成章。本来，小两口婚姻幸福美满，不料，1991年，丈夫患上后天性肌肉萎缩症，此后身体越来越差，逐渐丧失自理能力。家庭的重担便落在肖华丽的身上。而她能做的，就是咬牙坚持。33年来，她一边悉心照料卧病在床的丈夫，一边抚养自己年幼的儿子。农忙时，她得和男人一样下地干活；农闲的时候，她还要外出打打短工贴补家用。日复一日、年复一年，生活的苦难未能拆散这一对璧人，反而让她与丈夫的感情经受住磨难，散发出更美好的光芒。肖华丽说，只要她有一口饭吃，就不会让家人饿肚子。</span></p></section></section></section></section><section
