1px;">全会指出，党的十八大以来，习近平总书记高度重视中部地区发展，将推动中部地区崛起摆在发展全局的重要位置，主持召开中央政治局会议审议出台《关于新时代推动中部地区高质量发展的意见》，多次主持召开推动中部地区崛起座谈会，发表一系列重要讲话，作出一系列重要指示。习近平总书记关于新时代推动中部地区崛起的重要讲话，高瞻远瞩、总揽全局，深刻阐述中部地区在全国发展大局中的重要地位，充分肯定中部地区发展取得的显著成效，深入分析中部地区崛起面临的困难和挑战，系统部署推动中部地区崛起的重点任务，对一以贯之抓好党中央推动中部地区崛起一系列政策措施贯彻落实提出重要要求，是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分，是我们深入落实推动中部地区崛起战略的根本遵循和行动指南。全区上下要切实把思想和行动统一到习近平总书记重要讲话精神上来，进一步增强责任感使命感，坚定信心、振奋精神、担当作为，坚决贯彻党中央决策部署，推动重点工作任务、重大改革事项落实落地，为在更高起点上扎实推动中部地区崛起作出贡献。</span></section><section 1px;">全会强调，要加快推进中国式现代化蔡甸实践，奋力谱写新时代高质量发展新篇章。一是聚焦发展新质生产力，着力在推动转型闯关中实现现代产业新跨越。向主导产业要支撑、新兴产业要增长、创新驱动要动力，构建“4432”现代化产业体系。二是聚焦城市产业双集中，着力在做强“四城一园”中实现发展能级新跨越。坚定不移推进中法生态城产业导入、中德产业园扩面提质、常福产业城产城融合、文岭生活城商旅牵引、蔡甸现代城兴业赋能。三是聚焦四化同步发展，着力在城乡融合发展中实现乡村振兴新跨越。大力推进新型城镇化，加快发展农产品加工业，塑造全域文化旅游精品。四是聚焦生态优势转化，着力在环境保护利用中实现绿色发展新跨越。全面推进流域综合治理，深入打好污染防治攻坚战，持续推动绿色低碳转型。五是聚焦宜居宜业，着力在完善城市配套中实现功能品质新跨越。突出规划引领城市建设，增强综合交通枢纽功能，坚持党建引领共同缔造。六是聚焦防范化解风险，着力在平安蔡甸建设中实现安全发展新跨越。坚决维护政治安全、经济安全、公共安全、社会安全。</span></section><section
