</section>各区教育局，各有关单位： 按照职称工作安排，现将2024年全市中小学教师职称水平能力测试报名工作有关事项通知如下： 一、测试组织市中小学教师高级职务评审委员会办公室（以下简称“高评办”）会同相关部门，负责全市中小学教师高级职称水平能力测试的命题、制卷、考务、阅卷、划线工作。 各区根据本区申报情况，可采取笔试、面试等方式，自行组织本区中小学教师中级职称水平能力测试；也可申请参加全市统一组织的水平能力测试，由高评办统一命题、制卷、组考、阅卷和划线。 二、测试对象我市实行中小学教师职称制度的普通中小学校、幼儿园、特殊教育机构及地方教研、电化教育、教师发展、校外教育等机构中，在专业技术岗位从事中小学教学和教学研究的专业技术人员（含经事业单位管理部门审批的“双肩挑”人员），拟申报2024年度武汉市中小学教师高级职称评审的人员，须参加统一组织的水平能力测试。已退休人员和达到退休年龄人员（按有关文件规定延缓办理退休手续的除外）不得申报测试。符合免水平能力测试条件者，可按有关程序提前申请免试。已取得我市同学段学科水平能力测试合格成绩且在有效期内的，可免于参加2024年水平能力测试。    三、测试内容和形式测试学科包括：语文、数学、英语、信息技术、体育与健康、音乐、美术、物理、化学、生物、历史、地理、道德与法治（思想政治）、综合实践活动、劳动教育、科技制作活动、通用技术、心理健康教育、生命安全教育、科学、学前教育、专职少先队辅导员（共青团干部）、日语（法语、德语、俄语）。 水平能力测试全部实行笔试，总分为100分，其中公共知识30分，专业知识能力70分。公共知识试题均为客观题，主要考查教育法规、教育学、心理学等方面的知识；专业知识能力试题由客观题和主观题组成，中学试卷不区分高中与初中。测试时间为120分钟。 四、测试结果和效用水平能力测试合格结果有效期为3年，其分值可在职称量化评审中运用。水平能力测试合格是参加职称评审的必备条件，取得测试合格成绩者，在规定有效期内，经单位、主管部门、评委会办公室、职改办逐级审核通过，才具有参评资格。 五、申报程序（一）个人申请。个人对照申报条件，向单位提交书面申请书，经单位审核通过后，于8月27日—9月2日在网上申报，报名网址由区教育局另行通知。   （二）逐级审核推荐。单位和上级主管部门按相关规定审核，向所在地的区教育局申报。 （三）区级报送。区教育局按相关规定审核，商区人社职改部门确定测试报名人选，将申报名册（见附件）、缴费信息统计表报高评办，申报截止日期9月9日，逾期未报视同放弃。 （四）测试缴费。通知测试人员通过手机银行APP向市人事考试院线上缴费。高级、中级职称水平能力测试收费标准分别为100元、50元。 （五）打印准考证。测试人员在线打印准考证，由单位在照片处加盖公章（参加测试时凭盖章准考证、身份证进入考场）。 六、工作要求申报测试人员应按岗报考，报考时的任教学段学科应与后期申报职称评审的任教学段学科一致，并符合相应评审条件。申报测试人员经单位审核同意后，须在规定时间完成网上报名，并对网上申报信息负责，因个人未按时网报或网报信息填写错误造成的后果，由本人承担。各单位对审核推荐负主要责任，要按照岗位职数管理、职称评审条件等规定认真审核把关，在各区规定时间内将符合条件人员名单和有关材料报所在地的区教育局，因审核把关不严造成的一切后果，由单位承担。
