line-height: 2em;">在看病就医过程中，遇到在不同医院间重复检查检验，许多人曾有过类似的经历。如今，一次医学检查检验结果，在多家医院可以共享互认正成为百姓身边的现实。11月9日，湖北省卫生健康委就百姓关注的医学检查检验结果互认热点问题接受湖北日报全媒记者采访，进行了详细解答。</p></section></section></section></section><section data-role="paragraph"><p><br/></p></section><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);background-color: rgb(49, 133, 155);"><strong> 什么是检查检验结果互认？</strong></span></p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">答：检查检验结果互认是指在一定范围内，满足统一技术规范、质控标准的前提下，对患者在其他医疗机构的检查检验结果予以认可和采用。</p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">2023年湖北省卫健委、省医保局印发《湖北省医疗机构检查检验结果互认实施方案》，进一步明确了实施方案和制度细则，为全省互认工作提供详细、可操作的具体依据。</p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: var(--articleFontsize);letter-spacing: 0.034em;"><br/></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: var(--articleFontsize);letter-spacing: 0.034em;">我省是采取线上与线下相结合的方式，分层分类推进检查检验结果互认工作。</span><span style="font-size: var(--articleFontsize);letter-spacing: 0.034em;color: rgb(171, 25, 66);"><strong>截至目前，全省开展检查检验结果线上线下互认公立医疗机构1884家（全省公立医院、乡镇卫生院、社区卫生服务中心共计1924家）。</strong></span><span style="font-size: var(--articleFontsize);letter-spacing: 0.034em;">为打破医疗机构间信息壁垒，实现数据互联互通，让数据多跑路，群众享便利，省卫生健康委建设了湖北省检查检验结果共享调阅（互认）平台，积极推进检查检验结果线上互认工作。</span><span style="font-size: var(--articleFontsize);letter-spacing: 0.034em;">10月底，全省81家三甲公立医院已完成与省平台对接，通过信息化实现了跨区域、跨机构检查检验结果在患者门诊、住院就医时互认。</span></p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);background-color: rgb(49, 133, 155);"> 二级医院做的检查在三级医院可以互认吗？</span></strong></p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">答：按照我省《关于做好医疗机构检查检验结果互认工作的通知》要求，原则上同级公立医疗机构之间、紧密型城市医疗集团和县域医共体内医疗机构间属于互认项目的检查检验结果，应互相认可；二级及以下公立医疗机构对三级公立医疗机构属于互认的检查检验结果，应予以认可。在实际推进过程中，我们坚持“便民、利民、惠民”的理念，对于满足质控要求的下级医疗机构所做的互认项目，在不影响疾病诊疗的前提下，上级医疗机构原则上应予以互认。</p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);background-color: rgb(49, 133, 155);"><strong> 检查检验结果互认遵循什么原则？互认有没有具体的时限要求？</strong></span></p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">答：检查检验结果互认需遵循“以保障质量安全为底线，以质量控制合格为前提，以降低患者负担为导向，以满足诊疗需求为根本，以接诊医师判断为标准”的原则。</p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">检查检验结果互认时限有明确要求。医学影像检查互认的时效性因病种、患者个体因素、检查类型、病情变化、临床需要等因素而异。慢性疾病的影像检查结果互认参考时限为3个月，急性病情或快速进展的疾病互认参考时限为1周，互认时效性最终以接诊医师根据患者实际病情来判断。</p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">临床检验结果互认时效性因检验的具体项目、患者个体因素、病情进展变化等多方面的因素而存在较大差异，主要依据检验项目生物学变异特性制定互认项目时限，仅供临床参考，临床医生应根据患者个体因素、病情发展变化决定是否重新检查。<span style="caret-color: red;">检验项目互认时限多为3天到30天不等。</span></p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);background-color: rgb(49, 133, 155);"><strong> 可互认的医学检查检验项目有哪些？</strong></span></p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">答：目前可在全省范围内互认的检查<span style="caret-color: red;">检验项目共计142项，其中检查60项（188个小项），检验82项。<strong>（具体项目见下方表格）</strong></span></p><p style="text-align: center;
