武汉市急性呼吸道传染病监测情况如何？武汉市疾病预防控制中心持续开展急性呼吸道传染病监测结果显示武汉市流感监测阳性率近期上升接近10%预计进入流感流行季阳性率仍会进一步上升目前检出的流感病毒株主要为甲型H1N1亚型这与全国情况类似同时鼻病毒、腺病毒、肺炎支原体等病原在监测病例中也可检出但阳性率均低于10% </section>近期多地报道儿童呼吸道感染性疾病有增多趋势，此次发病以哪类疾病为主呢？为何儿童易发多发，又该如何加强预防呢？ 中国疾病预防控制中心研究员王丽萍表示，据全国呼吸道哨点监测第47周的监测结果显示，目前急性呼吸道传染病总体仍处于相对低的流行水平，但呈现上升趋势。这个上升趋势主要是体现在0~14岁年龄段的人群发病病例有所增加。 从监测的数据来看，在0岁~4岁的门急诊流感样病例和呼吸道感染住院病例中，常见检出阳性的病原体是鼻病毒、肺炎支原体、副流感病毒、腺病毒和呼吸道合胞病毒等；5岁~14岁门急诊流感样病例和呼吸道感染住院病例病原体主要是鼻病毒、肺炎支原体、流感病毒和副流感病毒等。对于儿童呼吸道传染病多发，主要考虑的原因有两个方面，第一是随着天气气温的降低，学生在室内活动的时间增加，一般门窗如果不注意通风，空气流动性就比较差，增加了感染的风险。二是气温降低使机体呼吸道黏膜上皮细胞的纤毛运动减弱，造成净化和防御机能降低。在这种情况下，潜伏在呼吸道的各类病原体就会乘虚而入，一些免疫力较弱的儿童就会引发疾病。 如何预防孩子感染呼吸道传染病？ <section data-role="list"><ul class=" list-paddingleft-2" style="list-style-position: outside;padding-left: 30px;"><li>一方面，对于疫苗可预防的呼吸道传染病，要及时全程的进行疫苗接种。</li><li>另一方面，对于托幼机构、中小学校要加强环境清洁，保持室内卫生，定期开窗通风，保持空气质量。同时，在开窗通风时要注意学生的保暖，避免着凉。要尽可能减少孩子暴露或者接触传染源的风险，保持个人卫生，学生或者教职员工不建议带病上学或者上岗。</li><li>最后，如果儿童一旦出现病症，要及时就诊，遵照医嘱进行治疗。</li></ul></section><section> 个人如何预防急性呼吸道传染病？ <section data-role="list"><ul class=" list-paddingleft-2" style="list-style-position: outside;padding-left: 30px;"><li>接种疫苗</li></ul></section></section>对于疫苗可预防的呼吸道传染病，如流感、水痘、流行性腮腺炎、麻疹等，可以通过及时全程接种疫苗来预防。免疫力相对低下的人群（如孕妇、低年龄儿童、老人、慢性基础性疾病患者等），应积极接种预防呼吸道传染病的相关最新疫苗。随着近期流感等呼吸道传染病活动水平上升，适龄人群应尽早接种流感、肺炎链球菌疫苗。 <section 30px;"><li>保持良好的个人生活习惯</li></ul></section>呼吸道传染病患者的鼻涕、痰液等呼吸道分泌物中含有大量的病原体，可以通过手接触分泌物传染给健康人。因此要注意勤洗手，避免触摸眼睛、口鼻等部位；咳嗽、打喷嚏时捂住口鼻。 <section data-role="list"><ul class=" list-paddingleft-2"
