<section data-role="outer" class="article135" label="edit by 135editor"><section data-role="paragraph" class="_135editor">一轻食品（丹江口）有限公司采用武当蜜橘作为原材料，带动丹江口市橘农人均增收近千元。（资料图片） 秦楚网讯（十堰日报）北京日报记者王天淇十堰日报记者兰瑞文杨超段吉雄 吃水不忘挖井人，要继续加大对库区的支持帮扶。 ——习近平在推进南水北调后续工程高质量发展座谈会上强调 12月9日，记者走进位于十堰市张湾区拾光二〇双创园的燕京精酿啤酒张湾工厂，只见巨大的不锈钢发酵罐体整齐排列，浓郁的麦芽香气扑面而来。 这个由北京市知名企业燕京集团投资建设的精酿啤酒生产基地，对东风公司20厂工业遗址进行保护再利用，形成了集生产、观光、体验于一体的多元文化空间。燕京酿酒文化与十堰汽车文化在这里交织，奏响了独特的工业文明交响曲。 南水北调中线工程通水10年来，滔滔碧水跨越千里，将首都北京和核心水源区十堰紧紧相连，两地在产业、人才、科技、医疗、教育等多领域开展紧密协作，谱写了“千里情缘一水牵、携手合作共发展”的精彩篇章。 京企入堰助推产业结构升级 12月6日，大雪节气，秦巴山脉腹地的十堰气温骤降。京能十堰热电有限公司生产厂区的大型设备火力全开轰鸣运转，为十堰城区源源不断输送热力。 过去，十堰城区有2座热电厂，但装机容量较小。随着城区骨架不断拉伸、新建居民小区不断增加，原有热力供应已经无法满足需求。同时，在城区还分布着大大小小的工业燃煤锅炉，排放标准不一，污染难以控制。十堰能源结构和供热格局面临“破”与“立”的抉择。 随着京堰对口协作重大民生和绿色生态项目——京能十堰热电联产项目3台350兆瓦热电联产机组投入使用，十堰原有的2座热电厂和87台工业燃煤锅炉被替代，全市实现供热“一张网”，供热能力达到3000万平方米。 北京能源集团有限责任公司能源投资部部长苏永健告诉记者，京能十堰热电联产项目使用超临界燃煤供热机组，配备先进的脱硫、脱硝设施，实现近零排放，每年减排烟尘8813吨、二氧化硫9488吨、氮氧化物4631吨。同时，配套建设中水回用工程，每年可“喝下”1300万吨神定河污水处理厂处理后的中水。 在水源区，一批北京对口协作项目相继落地，助力十堰传统产业更新升级。 “通过北京市丰台区的牵线搭桥，我们与北京发那科机电有限公司开展产业协作，对方为我们提供了三套24根轴的数控系统，解决了多车型共用夹具的技术难题。”东风设备制造有限公司焊装事业部技术中心负责人王海礁介绍，自从引进该系统，该公司生产效率和产品质量显著提高。 调水10年来，京堰对口协作持续深化，北京市10个区与十堰市10个县（市、区)因水结亲，北京市企业饮水思源、回馈库区，深耕十堰这片热土，布局汽车制造、低空经济、生物医药、食品饮料等产业，深刻改变着十堰的产业结构，为保护水源区环境、助力地方经济发展注入了强劲动力。 堰水北上开辟特产进京之路 走进一轻食品（丹江口）有限公司生产车间，隔着透明的玻璃墙，记者看到生产线全速运行，机械臂上下挥舞，一瓶瓶橘汁汽水从生产线上“排队”入箱。这些汽水，60%销往北京。 2023年11月，北京一轻食品（丹江口）产业园全面投产，成为一轻公司在华中地区落子的第一个产业园区。该项目占地133亩，总投资10亿元，除了生产果汁汽水，还生产 HPP（超高压杀菌）橘汁、茶饮料、高端饮用水等产品。 十堰是南水北调中线工程核心水源区和国家重要的生态功能区，环保准入门槛高，产业发展处处受限。 在“舍”与“得”的考量中，十堰果断舍弃高污染、高耗能、高排放产业，加速推动绿色低碳转型发展。水经济便是主攻方向之一。 立足对口协作，十堰于去年6月启动“扩大十堰包装饮用水和饮料销售进京津冀地区”工作，成立十堰市水源地酒水饮料产业协会，组建湖北堰水进京供应链集团有限公司，开通物流专列，全力推进“堰水进京”。 一泓清水，正以不同的“打开方式”，源源不断流向京城。在此过程中，北京给予了水源区大力支持，一轻公司、燕京集团等一批北京市知名水产业企业投资十堰，9家十堰包装饮用水和饮料生产企业入选北京市政府消费帮扶名录。截至目前，十堰已在京津冀市场开辟“堰水”销售网点23个，今年销售额有望突破10亿元。 京堰对口协作10年来，十堰充分借助北京市资金、技术、市场等优势，实施协作项目92个，因地制宜培植绿色产业体系，以茶叶、香菇、水果、黄酒、木本油料等为代表的绿色有机特色农业得到长足发展。 群贤毕至汇聚绿色发展之智 “北京院士专家提供智力支持，让公司产品有了核心竞争力。”湖北凸凹模具公司董事长唐子卫说，现在该公司生产的产品良率超过99.99%。 凸凹模具是一家从事汽车冲压模具设计与制造的民营企业。2015年，该公司年销售收入仅500多万元。在“北京院士专家十堰行”活动中，该公司在钟志华、顾国彪两位中国工程院院士的指导帮助下，接连攻克技术难题，目前拥有专利36项。2023年，该公司销售收入超1亿元，8年间实现增长20多倍。 授人以鱼不如授人以渔。10年来，北京、十堰两地将深化人才协作作为对口协作的重要内容，建立常态化人才智力帮扶机制。 在茅箭区人民医院新落成的感染科门诊大楼前，刻着“一汪清水连南北——北京援建”的基石非常醒目。 “11月28日我们完成了一台腹腔镜手术，这种微创手术，是在与北京大兴区人民医院对口协作中学习的。”茅箭区人民医院院长王新辉介绍。 “我们每年都派医务人员到北京学习深造，新院区 ICU、手术产房的设计，以及宫腔镜、腹腔镜手术技术都是从那边学回来的。”王新辉说。 志合者，不以山海为远。10年来，京堰携手开展8批次“北京院士专家十堰行”、3批次院士专家来堰休假活动，北京院士98人次、专家279人次来堰考察交流、献智献策，帮助十堰企业解决技术难题789个，帮助培训“高精尖”人才6000余人次。同时，两地互派9批次308名干部开展双向挂职。 600年前，北建故宫、南修武当，北京、十堰因山结缘，千里守望；600年后，南水北调、水润京华，北京、十堰因水结亲，情谊相通。以南水北调中线工程通水10周年为新的起点，京堰两地正推动对口协作迈向更宽领域、更深层次，共同守护“一泓清水永续北上”，携手开创更加美好的明天！ </section></section><section style="max-width: 100%;
