style="line-height:1.75em;">“去年，公司产能第一次突破了9万吨，单月销售额最高达到1亿元，全年销售额更是首次突破10亿元。”潜江方圆钛白有限公司首席研发工程师肖栋高兴地说，多项指标刷新“历史纪录”，正是得益于企业在科研创新上的不断投入。</p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height:1.75em;">近年来，该公司通过招揽大量高层次人才，开展技术攻关，向内挖潜，在检测、应用和研发等多个领域实现了全方位提升，核心竞争力不断增强。截至目前，该公司共申报专利22件，其中发明专利8件、实用新型专利14件；授权发明专利1件。</p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height:1.75em;">“像生产钛白粉的过程中，会产生一种副废产品——稀酸水，这种废液具有强酸性，不仅会腐蚀生产设备，加速生产线老化，还要让企业花费不少资金进行处理，是整个钛白粉行业十分头疼的问题。”肖栋告诉记者，近3年来，他们持续就副废产品综合利用开展集中攻关，成功研发了新技术，并在今年1月开始设备试运行。</p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height:1.75em;">肖栋给记者算了笔账，这项技术落地不仅给企业环保生产带来了保证，更节约了运行成本，每吨产品可以降本300元到400元。</p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height:1.75em;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 112, style="line-height:1.75em;">如何扛起全省责任，持续保持全国领先地位，潜江小龙虾产业的核心密码在于创新。</p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height:1.75em;">为从源头解决“潜江龙虾”季节性供应缺口问题，潜江率先开展“四季有虾”核心技术攻关。湖北省小龙虾产业技术研究院联合7家科研院所和高校，创新池塘精养、温棚土池和工厂化养殖等小龙虾特色养殖模式，让小龙虾在冬季开捕成为现实。</p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height:1.75em;">该公司在全国率先使用95%以上热效率的高效加热炉技术，大幅提高了能源利用效率。同时，引入低温热回收产蒸汽技术，将原本浪费的低温热能转化为有用的蒸汽，进一步提升了能源利用率。此外，高效保温技术应用大幅降低管路热损失，确保了能源的有效利用。</p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height:1.75em;">这些新技术的引入和使用，让企业实现蒸汽副产平衡、氢气副产平衡和燃料副产平衡，从而大幅降低能耗。</p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height:1.75em;">当前，该公司正大力推进“减油增化增特”行动，延伸发展工程塑料、合成橡胶、高性能纤维等高端化工新材料产品，推动实现“油头”“化身”走向“精化尾”。目前，投资60亿元的油品升级深加工改造项目已正式投产。</p><p><br/></p><p
