荆州文物保护中心主任方北松：让全国八成简牍复活

background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">2024年全国两会，他提出文物大省应提高文物保护工作预算的建议，希望文物大省（如河南、陕西、山西等）在财政部、国家文物局指导下，加大省级文物保护单位、革命文物保护、出土文物保护、馆藏可移动文物保护与数字化以及相关文保专业机构的经费投入保障，做到守土有责，应保尽保。</p><p style="padding: 7px 0px;
