letter-spacing: 1px; line-height: 2; box-sizing: border-box; text-align: justify;"><section style="box-sizing: border-box;" class="_135editor"><section style="line-height: 2; color: rgb(62, 62, 62);"><section style="text-align: unset;"><p>国家2024年度绿色制造名单近日发布，湖北省武汉市蔡甸经济开发区名列其中。“从工业起家到工业发家，再到工业兴家”，蔡甸经济开发区的成长始终离不开绿色高质量发展水平的提升，园区坚持以“产业含绿量”推动提升“发展含金量”，通过产业升级、科技创新、政企协同等多维发力，成为武汉市捧回的首个“国家级绿色工业园区”金招牌。</p><p><br/></p></section><section style="line-height: 0;"><section style="vertical-align: middle;display: inline-block;line-height: 0;"></section></section><p><br/></p><section style="text-align: unset;"><p><br/></p></section><section style="text-align: left;justify-content: flex-start;display: flex;flex-flow: row;margin-top: -23px;margin-bottom: 15px;"><section style="display: inline-block;width: auto;vertical-align: top;align-self: flex-start;flex: 0 0 auto;background-color: #f9ead1;min-width: 5%;height: auto;padding: 9px 15px 9px 38px;box-shadow: #bf1e19 6px 6px 0px 0px;box-sizing:border-box;"><section style="text-align: justify;"><p><strong>打造全面绿色转型发展的产业集群</strong></p></section></section></section><section style="text-align: unset;"><p><br/></p><p>绿色工业园区是绿色工厂和绿色基础设施集聚的平台。蔡甸经济开发区作为武汉市蔡甸区高质量发展重要平台和工业经济主战场，锚定“转型升级、绿色崛起”发展方向，探索“一区多园”开发模式，积极引导高新技术产业和新兴产业向园区聚集。</p><p><br/></p><p>“新上项目必须入园、存量项目有序进园。”武汉市生态环境局蔡甸区分局工作人员介绍说：“坚决拒绝高耗能、高污染项目入园，从源头保障园区产业生态持续优化。”</p><p><br/></p><p>“一个园区便是一个绿色产业链，极大减少了对环境的影响，不仅便于管理，也有利于推动全链条企业的聚势提级。”蔡甸经济开发区管委会工作人员介绍，短短几年时间，中德国际产业园凭借实力“圈粉”，已集聚了伟巴斯特、普旭等15家德资企业，68家外资企业、105家专精特新企业、493家高新技术企业、572家“四上”企业扎根成长，成长为华中地区的德资制造业密集园区。</p><p><br/></p><p>位于武汉中德国际产业园的博格华纳武汉公司一楼大厅电子屏幕上闪耀着“蜕变·超越”4个醒目大字。“以创建绿色工厂、绿色供应链企业为抓手，推动产业链提档升级，引导园区企业全面绿色发展转型。”武汉市生态环境局蔡甸区分局工作人员介绍，博格华纳公司是内燃机、混合动力和电动驱动车辆的行业领先供应商之一，在“双碳”目标下，其产品结构逐步从传统燃油产品向新能源产品过渡，其武汉公司是博格华纳公司全球82个制造基地中规模最大的新能源汽车电机生产基地。</p><p><br/></p><p>通过主动对接，蔡甸区生态环境、工业信息化部门联合园区、企业多方推动智能制造与绿色制造结合，实施绿色技改项目，积极推广清洁能源等，全面提升企业能效。博格华纳武汉公司通过在厂房屋顶、停车场建设分布式光伏发电站，全厂三分之一的用电量实现“自给自足”，还通过建设能源管理中心，构建数字化能源消耗管理体系，推动用能低碳化、管理数字化，助力工厂向净零碳排放转型。</p><p><br/></p><p>为加快布局构建“4432”现代化产业体系，蔡甸经济开发区遵循“建链、延链、补链、强链”的原则，积极招引“含金量、含新量、含绿量”的企业，推动汽车零部件、电子信息、智能制造、智能家居等四大主导产业集群发展。</p><p><br/></p><p>智能家居产业作为新兴产业里的“黑马”，在蔡甸经济开发区，43家上下游关联配套企业接连落地。欧派“黑灯工厂”生产木质家居，地上没有木头锯末，空气里没有切割产生的粉尘，闻到的仅有淡淡的木香。5条自动线规划产能一天可生产3300多个订单，智能化水平不输汽车工厂，预计年产值将达到40亿元。</p><p><br/></p><p>数年来，中德国际产业园、智能网联汽车零部件产业园、数字经济产业园、优炫信息产业园、特斯联智慧产业园、联东U谷国际创新产业园、人民万福总部经济园等一系列聚链成群的优势园区相继落地，有力支撑推动全区工业总产值迈上千亿级台阶。</p><p><br/></p></section><p><br/></p><section style="text-align: left;justify-content: flex-start;display: flex;flex-flow: row;margin-top: -23px;margin-bottom: 15px;"><section style="display: inline-block;width: auto;vertical-align: top;align-self: flex-start;flex: 0 0 auto;background-color: #f9ead1;min-width: 5%;height: auto;padding: 9px 15px 9px 38px;box-shadow: #bf1e19 6px 6px 0px 0px;box-sizing:border-box;"><section style="text-align: center;"><section style="text-align: justify;"><p><strong>建设人与自然和谐共生的生态新城</strong></p></section></section></section></section><p><br/></p><section style="text-align: unset;"><p>武汉市蔡甸区拥有28个重点湖泊、近百座山体，三山六水一分田的地理特征使其成为武汉近郊最大的生态“绿肺”，而蔡甸经济开发区正位于它的中部。南抵通顺河奔流入江，北接后官湖碧波荡漾，西邻沉湖国际重要湿地，环抱桐湖“红蓼花海”……宛如连接蔡甸区东南西北的内核一样，不仅源源不断提供着城市发展的内生动能，同时也通过绿色产业的崛起，推动建设绿色宜居、城乡融合发展的“蔡甸样本”。</p><p><br/></p><p>“人与自然和谐共生”，是蔡甸经济开发区与生俱来的生态资源优势，也是贯穿于其发展的鲜明主题。通过加快生产方式转变，持续提升先进制造业比重，支持千子山循环经济产业园发展，加快推进产业绿色化、生态产业化。</p><p><br/></p><p>2019年，蔡甸经济开发区入选湖北省发改委循环化改造重点支持项目，总投资合计约230.86亿元，加快将蔡甸经济开发区建设成为经济持续发展、资源高效利用、环境优美清洁、生态良性循环的循环化改造示范园区。2019年至今，已累计削减二氧化硫10余吨、氮氧化物20余吨、烟粉尘10余吨、挥发性有机物400余吨。</p><p><br/></p><p>2020年，武汉千子山循环经济产业园布局蔡甸经济开发区常福新城，总投资约56亿元，核心功能区占地843亩，垃圾发电装机规模为35MW，2022年10月开始试运行，当年发电量3211万kW/h，2023年发电量达25957.60万kW/h。作为华中区域已建成的固废处理种类最齐全、环保工艺技术最先进、数字智能化程度最高的固废产业园，不仅为武汉市“无废城市”试点建设提供了有力支撑，也为区域发展注入了强劲动能。</p><p><br/></p><p>“武汉千子山循环经济产业园不断探索突破‘近零排放’技术路径，目前氮氧化物排放量仅为国标限值的1/3，粉尘排放量仅为国标限值的1/2……据统计，园区现在每年可绿色发电6.77亿度，折算后可节约标准煤20.3万吨，实现减排<span data-text="true" style="box-sizing: content-box;
