line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;font-size: 17px;">“我只是听说有转运的群众需要帮助，我就开车帮他们一把，我没有考虑那么多。”防疫初期，因为道路限行、车辆有限、防护设施紧缺、对发热病人的担心等因素，导致消泗乡发热病人的转运出现巨大困难。在这个时候，李永锋主动站了出来，他冲锋在前，勇挑大梁，承担起消泗乡发热病人和康复出院人员的转运工作，3个多月没休息一天，合计转运发热病人及观测、康复人员109人，行驶5000余公里，最长连续4趟200余公里，回来已是转钟一两点。因转运的都是发热病人，别的人都避之不及，而他却挺身而出，受到委屈也从不抱怨，继续投身在转运工作中。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 43px; line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;font-size: 17px;">今年夏天，消泗乡因遭受强降雨，农业受灾严重，部分民垸进洪。李永锋又转战到防汛抗洪一线，吃住在堤上，既是乡兴无垸指挥部成员，又充当防汛人员，日夜巡查，特别是在兴无垸罗汉险段，与狂风巨浪作斗争，背沙袋，打木桩，搞后勤运输，整整坚守2个多月没休息，皮肤晒得黑黑的。防汛的同时，李永锋还对口负责乡内的农业救灾工作，在统计各村受灾面积同时，渍水退去农业抗灾补种丝毫不能容缓，组织水稻无人机施药抢管，抢播蔬菜、抢种水稻，免费育苗点蔬菜发放到户，鱼池消杀及投苗，统计面积，收集验收资料，准备资金发放，一项一项工作都迅速推进，没有什么矛盾发生，接着又在积极准备第二期进洪民垸受灾情况推进工作。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 43px; line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;font-size: 17px;">2020年是脱贫攻坚收官之年，李永锋从2016年起就扎根在脱贫攻坚一线，信息处理，政策落实，培训统计，脱贫出列，都是得心应手。今年收官之年，信息数据尤为重要，639户1734人每户信息、收入、动态，帮扶措施都要一一录入系统，大量逻辑错误数据需多次处理，搞不完只能一次次利用晚上、假日修改完善，确保数据一致，打好脱贫攻坚基石。落实政策也是一项重要工作，学生助学扶智生活补贴、雨露计划、稳岗就业务工一次性补贴，医疗申报，特别是11家带贫企业、合作社扶贫产品申报，收集资料亲自到几个局一一落实到位，同时组织村工作队、单位工会积极开展消费扶贫工作，为扶贫经营主体带贫辐射、农户脱贫增收增效。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 43px;
