武汉经开区着力打通左岸大道项目建设堵点
<section data-role="paragraph"><p style="line-height: 2em; text-align: center;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;"></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;"><br/></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;">近日，武汉经开区秉持“依法依规、阳光征收”原则，联合蔡甸区启动左岸大道(三环线-万家湖南路)道路建设工程项目（商汇大市场）国有土地上房屋征收工作，全力打通左岸大道三环线至港口二路段建设堵点。</span></p><section style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></section></section><p><br/></p><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;">左岸大道是继东风大道、江城大道之后，武汉经开区连接武汉主城区的第三条主干道，是武汉“六环二十四射”中向西南方向放射的城市重要通道，可显著缩短沌口、军山新城等区域与主城区通行时间，缓解汉洪高速等现有道路交通压力。同时，也是武汉经开区长江左岸产城融合发展带上的交通动脉，是华科大军山校区出行的交通要道，对区域经济和教育发展具有重要意义。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;">左岸大道全线沿临江一线走向，全长50公里，北起三环线，南至经开区邓南街共分5段建设。目前，左岸大道港口二路至万家湖南路段已通车、小军山至大军山段正在试通车、三环线至万家湖南路段高架桥第17联三个墩柱基础和下部结构，以及整个第17联上部结构施工建设，因商汇大市场（位于沌口路以东，属左岸大道三环线至万家湖南路段道路建设范围）8号楼收储协商未果而受阻。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;">为打通左岸大道这一交通动脉，优化城市路网，武汉经开区与蔡甸区人民政府签订协议，将商汇大市场纳入征收范围，启动国有土地上房屋征收工作。目前已完成征收范围、征收范围内房屋调查结果公示，正在对征收方案征求意见，待方案审定公示后下达《国有土地上房屋征收决定》。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;">建设用地征收工作是项目落地的关键前置环节，武汉经开区征收部门将严格依法依规推进商汇大市场征收工作，优先消除违搭违建等安全隐患，严厉打击煽动闹事、聚众滋事等违法犯罪行为，为左岸大道项目如期全线通车提供有力法治保障。</span></section><p><br/></p><section style="font-size: 17px;
