text-indent: 2em;">2024年7月，党的二十届三中全会审议通过《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的决定》（<span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; list-style: none; font-family: 楷体, 楷体_GB2312, SimKai;">以下简称《决定》</span>)。《决定》从党和国家事业发展全局出发，强调在法治轨道上深化改革、推进中国式现代化，做到改革和法治相统一，重大改革于法有据、及时把改革成果上升为法律制度，加强网络空间法治建设，健全未成年人网络保护工作体系等，对网络法治工作提出了新要求新任务。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-indent: 2em;">报告显示，我国已构建起以《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》和《未成年人网络保护条例》为核心的未成年人网络保护立法体系。2024年1月，我国第一部专门性的未成年人网络保护综合立法《未成年人网络保护条例》施行，标志着我国未成年人网络保护法治建设进入新的阶段。同年11月，国家网信办发布《移动互联网未成年人模式建设指南》，在充分体现法律法规要求、系统总结有效实践经验的基础上，提出了未成年人模式建设、运行和使用等全链条方案，明确移动互联网未成年人模式通用规范和移动智能终端、移动互联网应用程序、移动互联网应用程序分发平台的未成年人模式要求，为企业履行未成年人网络保护义务提供指引。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; list-style: none; font-size: 20px; font-family: Microsoft YaHei; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: 40px; overflow: hidden; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-indent: 2em;">据报道，2024年7月中旬以来，网信部门在开展“清朗·2024年暑期未成年人网络环境整治”专项行动过程中，累计清理拦截涉未成年人违法不良信息430万余条，处置账号13万余个，关闭下架网站平台2000余个，有力维护未成年人合法权益。专项行动从严处置各类危害未成年人身心健康的“毒视频”。网信部门指导重点平台完善涉未成年人内容审核标准，将管理要求以治理公告、站内信等形式触达网络主播，从严处置2.1万余个相关违规账号，关停直播3.2万余场。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
