18px;">今年2月，“楚宝黑头羊”被收录进2024年版《国家畜禽遗传资源品种名录》，这为我市发展肉羊产业奠定了坚实的基础。今年，市农业农村部门聚焦发展规模特色优质农业，积极构建“基地+龙头企业+农产品深加工+冷链流通、科技和金融等配套服务+品牌”农业发展新模式。在规模生产上求突破，扩大京山桥米、高油酸油菜籽制种基地规模，加快楚宝黑头羊产业园、华西牛国家核心育种场建设，提高良种供应能力；通过土地流转、订单农业等方式，推动“江汉大米”、高油酸油菜种植面积分别扩大到115万亩、60万亩，每个县（市、区）聚焦主导产业打造1—2个集中连片种养基地。</span></span></p><p 18px;">农村集体“三资”是农村集体经济的基础，是全面推进乡村振兴的重要物质基础。今年以来，市委组织部会同市农业农村局集中开展了“三资清理”专项行动，将集体“三资”信息全部录入监管平台，加强管理、在线审批，杜绝低价发包和非法侵占等问题，管好用活“三资”，提升村级组织造血功能。同时，指导和鼓励基层党组织，整合包装资源资产项目，吸引市场主体和在外能人回乡投资创业。市委组织部还将继续发布100个村集体资源招商项目，邀请在外能人回乡创业兴业，共建美好家园。</span></span></p><p
