leaf="">沉湖国际小镇位于蔡甸西南，是第八届武汉设计双年展的承办地。小镇依托“东镇西苑、南浔北岛”的总体规划布局，将湿地观光、康养旅居、创意办公与品质居住等功能有机整合，建设多元融合、宜业宜游的湿地主题零碳小镇。小镇核心项目包括由国际建筑大师隈研吾设计的永久会址、华黎设计的展创艺术空间、相南设计的如意巷、玲珑塔。目前，永久会址、展创艺术空间和玲珑塔项目主体结构已完工，将于11月投入使用。</span></p><p
