“大车谷”企业协同研发，每年有20万台新能源车用这个“芯”

1px;">在企业生产车间内，大型冲压设备正高速运转，“哐、哐、哐”的声响此起彼伏，一卷重5吨的硅钢卷材被加工成10.3万片新能源驱动电机的定、转子铁芯冲片，其厚度仅0.25毫米，比纸还要薄。随后，涂覆了自粘接涂层的冲片被送至热固化车间，经过200摄氏度7分钟烘烤，570片薄如蝉翼的硅钢片紧密堆叠粘接在一起，加工成为垂直误差不超过0.15毫米的驱动电机铁芯总成。</span></span></section><section
