nodeleaf=""></section>在潜江市龙湾镇郑家湖“四季有虾”养殖基地，虾农们正在捕捞小龙虾。（任勇｜摄）目前工厂化育苗领域我们已经取得一定进展，成功研发出小龙虾受精卵离体孵化技术，平均孵化率达85%以上，超过传统母体带卵孵化方式35%以上，预计首批可产出200万尾优质虾苗。二是创新精深加工，推动“论斤卖”向“论克卖”转变。“农业不加工，等于一场空；农业不成链，到头不赚钱。”如果只把小龙虾当食品卖，发展天花板相当明显，但如果开发出更多元化的产品，小龙虾的价值将成倍增长。“十五五”期间，我们将用工业标准化、规模化、品牌化的理念，深度开发利用甲壳素、虾青素等小龙虾精深加工产品，建立从田间到车间、从车间到实验室、从实验室到桌面到化妆台的全产业链体系。2025年，我们引进了中科院过程工程研究所和中科荣信有限公司，共同推进甲壳素、壳聚糖、壳寡糖等小龙虾精深产品加工项目。这个项目总投资1.1亿元，预计今年3月底建成投产，届时将面向市场提供壳聚糖、壳寡糖等原料添加剂，磷酸二氢钾、磷酸二氢钙等生物肥料和饲料，以及植物诱导剂蛋白肽等高附加值产品，下一步还将布局虾青素产品。<section
