text-wrap-mode: wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">每位采集员每天训练8小时，有效数据只有4到5小时。这7500小时数据，背后是25名采集员半年的“手把手教学”。采集到的原始动作还需筛选、标注。一段5分钟的动作要分十几个段落，标注耗时半小时以上。为保障规模和质量，湖北人形机器人创新中心部署了上百台训练机器人，搭建了23个高仿真场景，年数据采集能力超千万条。而数据交易最关键的环节是确权——给数据办“身份证”。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;
