border-box;">3种技术路线有何区别？</section></section></section></section><p><br/></p><p>“灭活疫苗是将培养扩增的活病毒通过物理和化学的方法杀灭以后，经过系列纯化技术制备的疫苗。”国务院联防联控机制科研攻关组疫苗研发专班专家组副组长、中国工程院院士王军志介绍，其主要特点是疫苗的成分和天然的病毒结构比较相似，免疫应答也比较强，具有良好的安全性。<strong>疫苗比较稳定，能在2-8摄氏度的环境中保存两到三年，运输方便；采取两针免疫。</strong></p><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p>“腺病毒载体疫苗是采取5型腺病毒作为载体，导入新冠病毒抗原基因，通过生物反应器制成活载体疫苗。”王军志说，疫苗制备工艺相对比较简单，研发成本和生产成本比较低，因为它是在我们国家原有的5型腺病毒埃博拉疫苗这个平台基础上研发成功的。<strong>疫苗能很好地诱导抗体产生，增强细胞免疫；可以采取单针免疫。</strong></p><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p>“重组蛋白疫苗是将最有效的抗原成分通过基因工程的方法，在体外细胞中来表达。体外细胞是工程细胞株在生物制品中常用到的细胞，类似于工业发酵的方式，最后制成疫苗。”中国科学院微生物所研究员严景华介绍，整个生产过程是蛋白表达和纯化的过程，没有活病毒参与，所以生产过程是安全的，也容易大规模生产。从过去重组蛋白疫苗的使用过程和前期实验结果来看，重组蛋白疫苗安全性是可以保证的，不良反应率比较低。<strong>疫苗采取2-8摄氏度冷藏，对运输和储存条件要求低；采取两到三针免疫。</strong></p><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><br/></p><section border-box;">单针和双针怎么选？</section></section></section></section><p><br/></p><p>中国疾控中心研究员邵一鸣介绍，<strong>对于有临时或紧急任务需要前往疫区、却没有足够时间等待的人群，更适合注射单针腺病毒载体疫苗。</strong>此外，单针接种能避免因各种原因打不上第二针，造成免疫效果不好。</p><p><br/></p><p>单针疫苗也有不足之处。邵一鸣提示，单针腺病毒载体疫苗诱导的免疫反应强度一般弱于两针疫苗，在预防早期流行病毒时没问题，换成后期突变病毒时，保护效率大多会下降。所以，选择疫苗时，要根据需保护人群的具体情况，结合当地流行病毒的最新监测数据，进行综合判断、科学决策。</p><p><br/></p><section
