红色引擎｜受灾后蔡甸村支书的48小时：“有我在，你们一定可以尽快回家的！”

255);"><strong><br/></strong></span></section><section>56岁的梁述革是蔡甸区奓山街新集村村支书，16日早上，记者在该村受灾严重的杨湾见到他，他正带着技术人员在统计核实房屋受损情况信息。</section><section><br/></section><section>尽管声音沙哑，两个黑眼圈非常明显，但他依然打起精神仔细查看房屋情况。</section><section><br/></section></p><p></p><p><section>5月14日晚，龙卷风席卷新集村，梁述革意识到“情况不妙”，他赶紧电话通知几位村干部，大家分头跑到各个村湾，大声喊话，询问村民是否需要帮助。</section><section><br/></section><section>也就是从这时起，村民们的求助电话，开始陆陆续续打来。当时已经停电，梁述革借着微弱的手机灯，深一脚浅一脚踩在水坑中，紧急展开救援。</section><section><br/></section><section>新集村由10多个村民小组组成，灾情发生后，梁述革得知雷湾有人受伤，他迅速前往救援，此时通往湾子里的小路，已被倒塌的树枝、木板等杂物阻断，梁述革带着大家用铁锹、镰刀清出生命通道，前后将8名受伤的村民从屋内转移至安全区域，因救援车无法入内，他又搀扶着3名伤者，步行10多分钟后，将其送上救护车救治。</section><section><br/></section><section>从通知村民到护送伤员，再到排查隐患转移安置，直到15日凌晨4点，梁述革才拖着疲惫的身子回到家中休息。</section><section><br/></section><section><span 255);"><strong><br/></strong></span></section><section>15日清晨6时许，在家里休息了2个小时不到，梁述革就醒了，他简单洗漱后，就赶紧来到村委会，他知道，有太多的事情要处理。<br/></section><section><br/></section><section>担心有些垮塌的房屋被雨水浸泡后可能会再次出现险情，梁述革又先后来到基础受灾严重的区域，再次仔细检查。</section><section><br/></section></p><p></p><p><section><br/></section><section>“通往多个湾子的道路都被电线杆、树枝、瓦片等杂物堵塞了，我赶紧联系人员和挖机，”梁述革说，他一边抢修道路，一边统计受灾受损情况。</section><section><br/></section><section>中午快到1点，妻子在反复催他回家吃饭无果后，端着一碗面条来到湾子里，他蹲在路边，大口大口吃起来，不到2分钟，面条吃完，他用手抹抹嘴，继续清障、统计、安抚……</section><section><br/></section><section>晚上8点半，一天只吃一碗面条的他，摸黑回到家，此时村子里一片漆黑，他吃了碗剩饭，瘫坐在沙发上，但电话依旧不断，手机声持续到深夜11点多，有询问何时回家的，有咨询受灾补贴的，有打听维修方式的……</section><section><br/></section><section>这一天，他在村子里转了14个小时，一双黑皮鞋变成了泥皮鞋，“鞋子里湿漉漉的，不知道是汗水。还是溅进来的泥水。”他说。</section><section><br/></section><section><span 18px;"><br/></span></strong></span></section><section>16日，梁述革又是早早地来到村委会，由于过度疲劳，他的嗓子沙哑，说话非常吃力，两个眼圈凹进去很深。</section><section><br/></section><section>“手机快没电了，我要到车子里给手机充电，”梁述革说，最近几天，手机几乎就没有停过，他坐在车上边充电边打电话。</section><section><br/></section><section>“今天有第三方公司来村里定损，我们还要为几名伤者准备材料，电力通信单位继续抢修，在亲友家里过渡的村民要跟紧情况……”他正在给几位村干部安排任务，短短3分钟的时间，他先后6次被电话打断。</section><section><br/></section><section>匆匆布置完工作，他就被来到现场的施工队喊走，“有些具体的工作，我必须到场，心里才踏实。”他用手捏了捏喉咙，大步向前。</section><section><br/></section><section>在村民们的眼中，在村里干了31年的梁书记是个性格好的村干部，但他有时候也会发脾气。昨日，蔡甸区住房建设、民政等部门工作人员深入灾区了解情况，就在工作人员登记信息、拍照留存后，准备离开现场，一位村民突然情绪激动地喊起来，质疑有关部门“为什么不解决问题”。</section><section><br/></section><section>站在旁边的梁述革大声呵斥起来，“了解情况不就是为了为下一步更好地解决问题吗？”几位村民自知理亏，表示“误解了”，梁述革放缓语速，“你们放心，有我在，你们一定会尽快回家的。”</section><section><br/></section><section
