!important;">中国共产党的第一次全国代表大会</strong></span>。由于会场受到暗探的注意和租界巡捕的搜查，最后一天的会议改在浙江嘉兴南湖的一艘游船上举行。参加会议的共有来自7个地方50多名党员的13位代表，他们是：李达、李汉俊（上海），张国焘、刘仁静（北京），毛泽东、何叔衡（长沙），董必武、陈潭秋（武汉），王尽美、邓恩铭（济南），陈公博（广州），周佛海（旅日）。上海早期党组织的主要创始人陈独秀此时正在广州，派遣包惠僧作为代表参加了会议。共产国际代表马林和尼克尔斯基出席了会议。这条从嘉兴南湖驶出的“红船”，虽然曾有人中途下了船，但上船的人越来越多，成为一艘东方巨轮，引领了中国历史的航向。<span !important;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;">既然党的一大正式召开的时间是1921年7月23日，但每年为什么要把7月1日而不是7月23日作为中国共产党成立的纪念日呢？其实，<span style="max-width: 100%;color: rgb(0, 122, 170);box-sizing: border-box !important;overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"><strong style="max-width: 100%;box-sizing: border-box !important;overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">7月23日作为党的一大开幕的时间，是后来党史工作者考证的结果。</strong></span>至于党的一大具体是在哪天召开的，很长一段时间，大家并不是很清楚。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 10px;max-width: 100%;font-family: -apple-system, 1px;">目前能看到的最早一份关于党的一大情况的记载，是一份形成于1921年下半年的《中国共产党第一次代表大会》的材料，其中清楚地写道：“代表大会定于六月二十日召开，可是来自北京、汉口、广州、长沙、济南和日本的代表，直到七月二十三日才到达上海，于是代表大会开幕了。”可惜这份材料存放在中共驻共产国际代表团，很长时间人们并不知晓。</span></section><section 1px;">参加党的一大的一些代表，后来曾对一大召开的大致时间有过回忆，但具体日期颇有出入。毛泽东对访问陕北苏区的美国记者斯诺说：“1921年5月，我到上海去出席共产党成立大会。”这里的5月，应该是指农历。毛泽东具体动身的日期是6月29日。何叔衡的同乡兼好友谢觉哉在这天的日记中写道：“午后六时，叔衡往上海，偕行者润之”。毛泽东、何叔衡是秘密前往上海的，谢觉哉当时并不知他去上海干什么。新中国成立后，谢觉哉回忆说：“一个夜晚，乌云蔽天作欲雨状，忽闻毛泽东同志和何叔衡同志即要动身赴上海，我颇感他俩行动的‘突然’，他俩又拒绝我们送上轮船。后来才知道，这就是他俩去参加中国共产党第一次全国代表大会——伟大的中国共产党诞生的大会。”7月4日，毛泽东和何叔衡抵达上海。</span></section><section 1px;">李达是上海共产党早期组织的成员，与李汉俊一起负责党的一大的筹备与会务工作。他在1955年回忆说：“六月初旬，马林（荷兰人）和尼可洛夫（俄人）由第三国际派到上海来，和我们接谈了以后，他们建议我们应当及早召开全国代表大会，宣告党的成立。于是由我发信给各地党小组，各派代表二人到上海开会，大会决定于七月一日开幕。”张国焘也回忆大会是7月1日正式举行的。他在《我的回忆》这本书中说：“我们交换意见的结果，决定七月一日正式举行大会，开会地点借用法租界蒲石路博文女校的课堂，多数代表也就寄住在这间学校里。”李达和张国焘回忆的一大开幕时间，显然受了每年“七一”纪念活动的影响，而且张国焘把开会的地点与外地代表住宿的地点记成一处了。包惠僧则在1953年回忆说：“开会的时间，是在各学校放暑假不久，约计总在7月10日左右。”</span></section><section 1px;">陈潭秋在1936年回忆说：“一九二一年七月的下半月，在上海的法租界蒲柏路的女子学校，突然来到了九个客人。他们下榻于这个学校的楼上。”“到这里来的许多人，是中国各地共产主义小组的代表。他们到上海的目的，是为正式成立中国共产党。”这里提到的9个人是指毛泽东、何叔衡、张国焘、刘仁静、董必武、陈潭秋、王尽美、邓恩铭和周佛海。因为除上海代表李达和李汉俊外，其他各地的代表大多是教师或学生，收入有限，便由李达的夫人王会悟出面，以接待北京大学师生暑假旅行团的名义，租了法租界的博文女子学校作为外地代表的住所。同是外地代表的陈公博是广东法政专门学校的教授、广东宣传员养成所的所长、《广东群报》总编辑，加之又是新婚燕尔，便下榻在大东旅社。陈潭秋的回忆因距离一大召开的时间不那么久远，故而与实际开会的时间比较接近。</span></section><section !important;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;">那么，为什么把每年的7月1日作为中国共产党成立的纪念日呢？董必武1971年的回忆颇能说明问题。他说：<span style="max-width: 100%;color: rgb(0, 122, 170);box-sizing: border-box !important;overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"><strong style="max-width: 100%;box-sizing: border-box !important;overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">“七月一日这个日子，也是后来定的，真正开会的日子，没有哪个说得到的。”</strong></span>在中国共产党成立后的一段时间，并没有在一大召开多少周年之时开展纪念活动。把7月1日作为中国共产党成立的纪念日，有据可查的最早见于1938年5月毛泽东在延安抗日战争研究会所作的《论持久战》的讲演。毛泽东说：“<span style="max-width: 100%;color: rgb(0, 122, 170);box-sizing: border-box !important;overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"><strong style="max-width: 100%;box-sizing: border-box !important;overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">今年七月一日，是中国共产党建立的十七周年纪念日。</strong></span>为了使每个共产党员在抗日战争中能够尽其更好和更大的努力，也有着重地研究持久战的必要。因此，我的讲演就来研究持久战。”毛泽东是党的一大代表，在会议期间还担任记录工作，但他讲这番话时距离一大召开已经17年了，未必对一大召开的具体时间记得那么准确。而且，他把这天作为党成立的纪念日，但并没有说一大就是这天开幕的。<strong style="max-width: 100%;box-sizing: border-box !important;overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%;color: rgb(0, 122, 170);box-sizing: border-box !important;overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">中国共产党的成立，标志性的事件自然是一大的召开，但一大召开前已经有了党的早期组织</span></strong>，否则各地无法推选出参加大会的代表。全国各地的共产党早期组织是1920年下半年至1921年上半年陆陆续续组建的。所以到一大召开时，党的地方组织实际上已经建立了。</span></section><section !important;">中共中央第一次正式将每年7月1日确定为党成立的纪念日是1941年6月。</strong></span>到这时，中国共产党已经成立整整20周年，而此时又正处在抗日战争最困难、最艰苦的阶段。这年1月，国民党制造了震惊中外的皖南事变，新四军遭受重大损失，第二次反共高潮达到顶点；与此同时，日军在八路军开展百团大战后进行报复性的大“扫荡”，对敌后抗日根据地实行残酷的杀光、烧光、抢光的“三光”政策，敌后抗战面临前所未有的严重困难。为了振奋全国军民坚持抗战的信心，中共中央决定隆重庆祝党成立20周年。</span></section><section 1px;">这年6月，中共中央发出毛泽东起草的《关于中国共产党诞生二十周年、抗战四周年纪念的指示》，明确指出：“今年‘七一’是中共产生的二十周年，‘七七’是中国抗日战争的四周年，各抗日根据地应分别召集会议，采取各种办法，举行纪念，并在各种刊物出特刊或特辑。”中共中央还提出，宣传的要点是在党外“要深入地宣传中共二十年来的历史，是为中华民族与中国人民解放事业英勇奋斗的历史。它最忠实地代表中华民族与中国人民的利益。今天无论在国际国内任何困难情况下，它都要坚持抗日民族统一战线政策，团结到底，抗战到底，反对分裂，反对投降”。在党内，“要使全党都明了中共在中国革命中的重大作用，在今天它已成为团结全国抗战、争取抗战胜利的决定因素，它的政策，关系全国抗战的成败与全中国人民的命运。因此每个党员都要正确懂得如何运用党的统一战线方针，要加强策略教育，与学习党在二十年革命斗争中的丰富经验”。</span></section><p 1px;">根据中共中央的指示精神，各根据地在这年7月1日前后开展了各种形式的庆祝中国共产党成立20周年活动。这年的7月1日，中共中央机关报《解放日报》发表《纪念中国共产党廿周年》的社论，并且刊发《中国共产党二十周年纪念特刊》。中国共产党在重庆公开发行的党报《新华日报》也特地刊发了《祝中国共产党成立二十周年》社论。从这个时候起，每年的7月1日就成了中国共产党成立的纪念日。</span></p><p><br/></p></section></section><section><section
