<p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">1938年4月1日，在全民抗战的烽火中，国民政府军事委员会政治部于武昌成立，周恩来任副部长。<br data-node-type="Break"/></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br/></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">政治部第三厅（简称“三厅”）设在昙华林，由中国共产党领导下的进步人士组成，郭沫若担任厅长，主管全国抗战宣传工作。<br data-node-type="Break"/></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br/></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">一时间，阳翰笙、胡愈之、田汉、范寿康、洪深、冼星海等文化艺术界的名流云集江城，致力开展抗日救亡宣传活动。<br data-node-type="Break"/></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br/></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">“三厅”在武昌的历史虽然只有短短半年，但它推动武昌成为全国文化抗战中心，极大地鼓舞了全民抗战的信心。</span></p><p data-node-type="Paragraph"><br/></p><p data-node-type="Paragraph" style="text-align: center;"></p><p data-node-type="Paragraph"><br/></p><p data-node-type="Paragraph"></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>成立当月即开展大规模抗战宣传</strong><br data-node-type="Break"/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">“三厅”成立当月，即开展了声势浩大的“武汉各界第二期抗战扩大宣传周”活动。<br data-node-type="Break"/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">这是抗日战争爆发后，中国共产党在国民党统治区领导的第一次大规模抗战宣传活动。武昌作为全国抗战文化中心的格局初显。<br data-node-type="Break"/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">1938年4月7日至13日，30多个戏剧团体、20余个音乐团体、1000余个宣传小队及上千名艺术家，到街头、工厂、码头、乡村等地举办抗战宣讲、歌咏等活动，抗日救亡的歌声响彻武汉三镇。<br data-node-type="Break"/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">其中，7日是文字宣传日，这一天恰逢台儿庄大捷，武汉三镇举行了规模宏大的火炬游行。<br data-node-type="Break"/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">郭沫若在《洪波曲》中回忆：“参加火炬游行的，通合武汉三镇，怕有四五十万人。武汉三镇的确是复活了！”<br data-node-type="Break"/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">8日至12日，分别是宣讲日、歌咏日、美术日、喜剧日和电影日。<br data-node-type="Break"/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">这几天里，各方代表及社会名流在武汉进行广播演讲或公开演讲；星海歌咏队等100多个团体上街演唱《义勇军进行曲》《保卫大武汉》等抗战歌曲；三镇大街小巷随处可见美术工作者绘制巨幅壁画和抗战漫画；武汉各戏院不间断免费上演爱国戏剧；武汉所有电影院交替上演抗战影片……<br data-node-type="Break"/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">宣传周的最后一天是游行日，虽然风雨交加，但仍吸引26万人参加，其号召力可见一斑。<br data-node-type="Break"/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>《在太行山上》由武昌唱响全中国</strong><br data-node-type="Break"/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">“山高林又密，兵强马又壮，敌人从哪里进攻，我们就要他在哪里灭亡……”<br data-node-type="Break"/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">抗战时期，沉雄豪迈的《在太行山上》唱遍了中国大地，这首歌诞生在武昌。<br data-node-type="Break"/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">“三厅”成立后，作曲家冼星海在艺术宣传处任音乐科主任。<br data-node-type="Break"/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">1938年夏天，爱国诗人桂涛声从山西抗日前线来到武汉，他把自己写在烟盒上的几行歌词交给冼星海。<br data-node-type="Break"/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">当时，冼星海正在组织抗日战争一周年歌咏大会。看到歌词后，他兴奋不已，连夜将其谱写成一首二声部合唱曲《在太行山上》。<br data-node-type="Break"/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">周恩来和郭沫若得知桂涛声、冼星海创作了新歌，便前往后者位于昙华林的住所先听为快。<br data-node-type="Break"/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">在冼星海的邀请下，周恩来亲自试唱二声部。唱毕，周恩来、郭沫若齐声称赞歌曲写得好，当场拍板在歌咏大会上演唱。<br data-node-type="Break"/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">公演后，《在太行山上》唱响全中国，鼓舞万千民众奔赴抗日战场。<br data-node-type="Break"/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">冼星海在“三厅”任职期间，还创作了《保卫卢沟桥》《游击军歌》《到敌人后方去》等一批抗日歌曲。<br data-node-type="Break"/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>组织“七七”献金爱国活动</strong><br data-node-type="Break"/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">抗战一周年纪念日，为给抗战筹集资金和激发民众的爱国热忱，“三厅”参与组织了大规模献金活动，史称“七七”献金。<br data-node-type="Break"/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">活动从7月7日开始，当天上午前来献金的群众就把6座固定献金台围得水泄不通。<br data-node-type="Break"/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">周恩来等中国共产党人不仅是这次献金运动的发起者和领导者，也是积极参与者。特别是中共中央长江局、中共代表团、八路军办事处等单位全体成员组成的“中共献金团”，在献金活动中起到了带头作用。<br data-node-type="Break"/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">周恩来献出任职政治部副部长的月薪240元；毛泽东从延安打来电报，献出他任职国民参政员的月薪350元；远在华北前线的八路军将士，把省吃俭用省下的1000元交给中共代表团献出……<br data-node-type="Break"/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">孩子们打开存钱罐，捐出零用钱；600多名人力车夫一起赶来，献出一天的血汗钱；两位断了腿的辛亥革命老兵拄着木棍来到现场，坚持献出两元钱“用于购买子弹”……<br data-node-type="Break"/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">原计划举行3天的献金活动即将结束时，争先恐后的民众冲断了入口处的柱子，献金活动因此延长了2天。短短5天，人们捐献的钱物总价值超过100万元。<br data-node-type="Break"/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;">“七七”献金活动谱写了一首爱国主义的壮丽史诗。它向全世界宣布，中国不会灭亡，最后的胜利一定属于中国人民！</p><p><br/></p><section style="overflow-wrap: break-word;
