text-align: justify;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;">1922年，中共二大通过的《中国共产党章程》，是中国共产党成立后的第一个党章。二大党章列有“经费”专章，这是中共关于党费制度的最早规定，明确了党员交纳党费的标准、收支权限和纪律要求。对于党费交纳，二大党章严格规定，党员“欠缴党费三个月”必须开除。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;"><br/></span></section><section style="line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;">党费究竟应该交多少？现行的规定中，按月领取工资的党员，每月以工资总额中相对固定的、经常性的工资收入（税后）为计算基数，分四个档次按不同比例交纳，例如每月工资收入（税后）在3000元以下（含3000元）者，按照0.5%的比例交纳党费。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;
