border-box;">一直以来，蔡甸区坚持把新时代文明实践中心、所、站作为夯实基层宣传思想工作的主阵地，在全区所有街道乡（开发区）、村（社区）及部分区直单位、非公企业建成新时代文明所、站361个，构建了“全覆盖”新时代文明实践体系。组织文明单位与新时代文明实践（所、站）结对共建，3个全国文明单位结对共建新时代文明实践中心、13个省级文明单位结对新时代文明实践所、43家市级文明单位和300余家区级文明单位结对新时代文明实践站，推动各级力量向基层倾斜。</p></section></section><section border-box;">全国文明村炉房村将文明旅游融入新时代文明实践站建设，组建文明交通、环境卫生、森林防火、纠纷调解等8支志愿服务队，为村民提供文明志愿服务。全国文明村星光村以新时代文明实践站建设为契机，引导村民制定13条村规民约，开展政策法律、先进文化、致富信息、文明习惯“四进农家”活动，每年评选优秀党员、致富能手、创业标兵和好家庭、好公婆、好媳妇，提升村民文明素养。</p><p
