border-box;">“西屋台村过去属于传统农业村，随着社会发展，交通便利，越来越多的村民不再选择传统耕种，转而外出务工。这样一来，村里土地出现了许多荒废或闲置。”西屋台村党支部书记姚青松说。去年3月，“国企联村”工作队来村后，通过走访调研听取农户的意见，并外出取经，最终敲定了一套行之有效的方案——建立农业产业项目，在生产模式、产业转型上下功夫，吸引人才回流、村民增收。</p><p border-box;">去年7月，针对西屋台村村集体产业基础薄弱、土地性质受限的实际困难，联村工作队想方设法推动产业落地，到蔡甸街道和周边各村协商，并聘请多家专业咨询机构进行深入调研和指导，因地制宜地策划了“蔡甸农博汇·刺绣田园”项目。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">“以往传统采摘不过瘾，我们就利用30亩有限的农田，打造高品质景观式菜园，让城里人在‘刺绣田园’里挥着锄头，在农活体验中找到乐趣。通过这种体验产品的形式创新，擦亮特色农产品招牌。”尹家正说。</p><p style="white-space:
