border-box;">据了解，为了让“数据多跑路、群众少跑腿”，蔡甸区不动产登记中心积极拓展“不动产抵押注销全程网办”服务事项。以前市民办理个人不动产抵押注销，需先到银行申请还清贷款，再带齐相关证件去银行办理结清，结清手续完毕后，等几个星期抵押证明才能出库，客户再去银行拿抵押证明，到不动产窗口受理抵押注销，即使材料齐全，也要来回银行、不动产登记窗口来回周折。</p><p border-box;">“微信小程序”登录武汉市不动产服务平台</strong>可直接为其办理抵押注销登记，受理时长不到1分钟即可办理完成。市民也可以通过微信小程序查询到不动产抵押注销的办理进度和通过证书上的二维码查询房屋状态。自武自然资规发〔2022〕2号文件下发以来，蔡甸区不动产登记中心三个月已办理不动产抵押注销登记<strong style="box-sizing:
