border-box;">“五一”期间，城管执法队员对在巡查时，发现新庄村袁某在集体山坡上自建的一座用于堆放建筑材料的红砖瓦房。经咨询调查，此建筑未办理乡村建设规划许可证，属于存量违法建设。该房屋为砖木结构，占地面积165.44平方米。5月6日执法队员对其下达自拆通知书限期拆除。在执法队员的监督下，袁某开始对违建房屋进行自行拆除。</p></section></section><section
