深耕沉湖湿地保护工作 冯江：流域协同 守护沉湖

line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><br/></span></p><p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">去年，沉湖湿地自然保护区探索建立了全省首个智慧湿地系统。80多台具有自动抓拍，实时传回画面功能的红外相机，很大程度上提高了对各种鸟类、野生兽类的监测能力。这段时间，冯江又在与北京林业大学对接，谋划对这套智慧湿地系统进行升级改造。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><br/></span></p><p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">到去年底，沉湖湿地已监测到有记录的鸟类近300种，是武汉市唯一的国际重要湿地。省党代会报告提出，要坚决守住流域安全底线，加强长江、汉江、清江流域的上下游统筹，守住水环境安全底线。这让冯江更加坚定了努力的方向，沉湖湿地的保护，不能局限于湿地本身或者湿地内某一区域，而是要着眼于流域整体，发挥湿地涵养水源，净化水质的生态作用，为流域综合治理作出贡献。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><br/></span></p><p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">流域综合治理，需要协同发力。沉湖湿地的主要来水，是黄丝河、西流河和通顺河。去年，冯江就曾与生态环境、水务等部门一起，探讨这三条河流的治理方案。党代会结束后，他又与这几个部门一起，商量这三条河流的综合治理方案。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;
