border-box;">当天，彭先生到玉贤街道便民服务中心咨询如何为其伯伯办理残疾证有关事宜，工作人员告知，现在街道便民服务中心承接了区政务服务中心下放的“扶残助残一件事”一事联办主题事项，可以填写一次资料，同时可办理残疾人证首次申领、困难残疾人生活补贴申领、重度残疾人护理补贴申领等相关业务，不需要再到区政务服务中心办理。彭先生提供了申请资料，现场办理了残疾人证首次申领、困难残疾人生活补贴申领事项，“现在的政务服务真的很便捷、高效，能够在家附近为亲人办理残疾证，感觉很舒心。”</p><p powered-by="xiumi.us">针对基层群众办事的堵点、难点、痛点，蔡甸区行政审批局对涉及到的有关业务进行全面清理，对街道乡（开发区）便民服务中心的承接能力进行了综合研判，将“新生儿落户”“申领公租房”“居民身故一件事”“我要办老年人相关业务”“扶残助残一件事”等五个“一事联办”主题事项，下放到街道乡（开发区）便民服务中心办理，为老年人、残疾人等特殊群体提供方便、快捷服务。</p></section></section><section
